The Salvation Army’s Tasmanian Division Alcohol and Drug Services Statewide Team had recently undergone a period of significant change, with a number of new staff joining the team.
The Manager – Alcohol, Other Drugs & Corrections, knew this would be a good time to invest in his team, by holding a Team Building Workshop.
The focus of the workshop was:

- Organisational and Team Values
- Awareness of Self and Others
- Communication Styles
- Quality Assurance
Feedback from participants included welcoming the opportunity to reflect on the recent past and agree to future ways of working together; as well as positive feedback on the topics and the safe environment that was created to explore values and culture.
